How can I return my products?

Here at SCALASOL®, customer satisfaction always comes first. If you are unhappy with your order, we pull out all the stops to offer you a suitable solution to ensure you remain a satisfied customer. Ordered products can be returned to us within 14 days. We offer you the opportunity to choose a replacement product, a voucher or a refund. Do you want to return a product? Then please follow the steps applicable to your situation.

Steps for returning and exchanging.

  • Download the withdrawal form here.
  • Print the form and fill it in completely, this will enable us to process your return request as quickly as possible.
  • Place the completed form together with the item(s) that you wish to return to us in a carton box.
  • Please send the return package to the following address:


     
  • Ensure your own address is no longer visible on the original packaging and that the return package has sufficient postage.
  • The package can be returned to us via the post office.
  • A confirmation mail will be sent to you as soon as we have received the return package. This will contain information on the next steps.

Conditions for returning
You are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period in which you may return the product without stating the reason; the period starts the day you receive the product. The product must be returned unused and, if possible, in the original packaging. You are obliged to pay for the return shipment of your order.

Exceptions
Not all products can be returned. The following products do not fall under the reflection period:

  • Items that were ordered as made-to-measure/cut-to-size.
  • Items that through no fault of ours are damaged or incomplete.
  • Items of which the packaging is missing or badly damaged
