Returning

Here at Scalasol Window Film, customer satisfaction always comes first. If you are unhappy with your order, we pull out all the stops to offer you a suitable solution to ensure you remain a satisfied customer. Ordered products can be returned to us within 14 days. We offer you the opportunity to choose a replacement product, a voucher or a refund. Do you want to return a product? Then please follow the steps applicable to your situation.

Steps for returning and exchanging.

• Download the withdrawal form here.
• Print the form and fill it in completely, this will enable us to process your return request as quickly as possible.
• Place the completed form together with the item(s) that you wish to return to us in an envelope.

• Ensure your own address is no longer visible on the original packaging and that the return package has sufficient postage.
• The package can be returned to us via the post office.
• A confirmation mail will be sent to you as soon as we have received the return package. This will contain information on the next steps.
  
  

Conditions for returning
The buyer bears the risk if the return package is misplaced. The following conditions are applicable:

• The product must be returned within the approval period of 14 days. This period starts the day after you receive your item.
• The item must, as is reasonably possible, be in its original condition and original packaging.
• Only the purchase sum will be deposited on your bank account. We do not refund the return fee.
  
  

Exceptions
Not all products can be returned. The following products do not fall under the reflection period:

• Window films that are made-to-size.
• Window films that through no fault of ours are damaged or incomplete.
• Window films where the packaging is missing or (severely) damaged.
